History
1979
Founder Tomoharu Abe began renting forklifts and cargo-handling equipment at Yokohama Port’s Shinko Pier and established Abe Shokai Co., Ltd.
1985
Opened the Yamashita Pier Office (now Operations HQ)
1998
Filed with the Kanto Transport Bureau and began port-related transport operations
1999
Transferred the operations division (related services) to group company Sanzenpo Co., Ltd.
2000
Obtained approval for general truck freight operations from the Kanto Transport Bureau and opened the Land Transport Division at Daikoku Pier, launching marine container transport and trucking services.
2002
Received approval for general worker dispatch services from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, increased capital to 10 million yen and renamed the company Abe Shokai Co., Ltd., with forklift ownership exceeding 100 units.
2008
Opened the Honmoku Office (now the Logistics Sales Department) in Nishikicho, Naka-ku, Yokohama, and began handling export/import, storage, and packing cargo. Obtained approval for general passenger transport from the Kanto Transport Bureau and opened the Passenger Transport Division in Totsuka-ku, Yokohama.
2011
Kazuo Abe became President, and the Passenger Transport Division was spun off to establish Family Taxi Co., Ltd.
2014
Increased capital to 30 million yen
2018
Relocated the Honmoku Office to Yamashita No.10 Warehouse and reopened it as the Yamashita Office, beginning large-cargo handling operations.
2022
Merged the Land Transport Division and Logistics Sales Division to form the Logistics Division; renamed the Yamashita Office to the Yamashita No.10 Office, placing it under the Logistics Division.
2025
Relocated the head office to Room 603, Yomiuri Yokohama Building, 51-1 Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama.
